A fast-paced routine in which a chosen card disappears and reappears on numerous occasions, in places as different as they are unexpected... Like ACAAN, this effect is considered the Holy Grail of card magic. This version is completely impromptu, is performed with a normal deck, and the icing on the cake is that the “predicted” card is freely chosen by the spectator at the beginning of the trick! The magician shows four blank cards on each side. Four cards are chosen at random from a deck, and then placed back into the deck. The blank cards are dispayed again: they now each have a back. An easy, but devilishly baffling trick. A coin placed in between the hands of the magician disappears completely. Nothing in the hands, nothing in the sleeves, the coin has vanished into thin air!

The magician sets one card aside, saying that “this card doesn't exist... or almost doesn't”. Then he displays two small packets, saying that he has foreseen in advance what the spectator will choose; the spectator points to one packet, and the magician shows that it is made up of a four of a kind in sevens... but the other packet is made up of 7 cards! He reunites the packets, and there are now only 8 cards: the four sevens... and four Aces! He then adds the card that doesn't exist... and indeed, it disappears! A card is first placed in a spectator's hand. Another spectator chooses a card, which is clearly placed back in the middle of the deck. The magician shows that a card has turned face up in the middle of the face down deck ... but it's not the spectator's chosen card... And when the first spectator turns over her card, it's now the one that was in the middle of the deck, while the latter has turned into the chosen card!
