A direct Ace Assembly... with a surprising climax! The four aces are displayed in a row on the table. Three indifferent cards are shown, and placed on top of the Leader Ace. Instantly, the Aces are shown to have gathered together with this leader Ace... and when these Aces are displayed on the table, a King is revealed... the other three cards are then turned face up to reveal a four of a kind in Kings: there are no more Aces, nor any other cards! A " Tsunami " of madness! Tsunami is a Japanese word that means "tidal wave". It is a trick that will devastate the brains of your audience, whether they are laymen or magicians. The spectator chooses a card, and loses it under extreme laboratory conditions. Despite this, the magician finds the chosen card! A new version of this highly incomprehensible theme! The magician displays a purse, opens it and takes out... another purse... which contains yet another purse! From this last purse, he takes out four Chinese coins, which he places in a row on the table. One of these coins is replaced in one of the purses (the other two have been put away); when he counts the coins on the table again, he has four of them! The process is repeated several times! The last time, he puts not one, but three coins in the purse... and despite this, he still has four and hands them out for examination!  

Here's an improved version of the "Perfect Choice - Benjamin Barnes, Duvivier" trick already published on this platform. A card is selected from a deck under laboratory conditions. The spectator immediately counts the cards: there are only 51 left... and it's his card that's missing, even though it was clearly visible in the deck the moment before! A freely chosen card disappears in full view, and reappears face-up sandwiched between the two red queens in the middle of the deck. The magician performs these two effects a second time, with a different protocol. Everything is handed out for examination... a true miracle!  

This routine is another approach to the basic "The deck that remembers" routine: Your audience will experience a collective hypnosis exercise... that will go further and further! Three spectators will experience an extraordinary event... but what could be more normal, since they are under the hypnotic influence of the magician!  

The magician shows a small box from which he takes out a red-backed deck of cards; the box is now empty. A spectator is invited to hold the deck in one hand, and her other hand is held by the magician. The magician explains that he is going to transmit a magical effect through the spectator, into the deck of cards! The spectator will then determine a card in a "virtual" blue deck. This card will appear in real life, folded four times in the "Dream Box" which was empty. The red cards are shown, they have all disappeared (i.e. they are blank on each side), except for one card, which is the card chosen by the spectator! Success guaranteed!  

The four kings are put aside. The rest of the cards are given to the spectator who shuffles them, and chooses three cards, which are lost in the deck. The four kings are set aside. A chosen card (for example, the 5 of Hearts), placed among the four kings, changes into one of the kings: the King of Spades. Then all the cards in the packet become identical: they are all Kings of Spades. In the end, the magician ends up with only one King of Spades... and the other four cards turn into a four fives! The magician takes out the four Kings from the deck, which he hands out for examination; he explains that these four cards are magic! Effectively, they turn successively into identical kings: Diamonds, then Hearts and Clubs... and surprise, he now has the four Aces in his hands... which instantly turn back into Kings. Finally, the faces of the cards of the rest of the deck having been shown first clearly different... all become identical! We now only have 4s of Diamonds! The "elders" thought that magic could only be divided into 3 families of effects: appearance, disappearance, transformation. In the last century, Winston Freer revolutionized magic by identifying 17 families. Dominique Duvivier developed the concept and today, his work is based on 30 families! This trick is a magnificent "mix of genres".
