A card is chosen, and lost in the deck. The magician picks up two random cards, and puts them down one by one aside on the table. When he shows these two cards again, we see that they are now three: the two random cards have turned into the King of Hearts and the King of Diamonds, and in between these two kings, there is now the chosen card!
